No Wait Times, Get Answers ASAP

We understand that waiting months for an assessment can be frustrating, especially when you're seeking answers or accommodations. While universities and hospitals may offer lower-cost assessments, their wait times can be 6-12 months or more. If you're able to wait, we're happy to help guide you in the right direction. However, for those who need answers and support sooner, we're here to provide timely, comprehensive evaluations tailored to your needs. Please note, we do not accept insurance, but we’re committed to helping you find the right solutions as quickly as possible.

Our Approach to Psychological Testing

We take a customized approach to psychological testing, ensuring that each evaluation is tailored to your unique needs. Our goal is to provide a thorough understanding of your strengths and challenges. We collaborate closely with you, your family, and any other relevant professionals to ensure a comprehensive, holistic assessment.

With our team of licensed clinical psychologists, you can trust that our expertise will help accurately address a wide range of neuropsychological concerns. From prompt responses to transparent communication throughout the process, we prioritize your experience, offering timely scheduling and clear, actionable results. Above all, we’re passionate about helping you gain insights that can make a meaningful difference in your life through accurate diagnoses and thoughtful recommendations.

Pricing and Insurance Explained

While psychological testing is often not fully covered by insurance, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network providers. Although we are not in-network with insurance companies, we can still work with you, and we’re happy to guide you through the process. We can provide information on what to ask your insurance company to help determine if you might be eligible for reimbursement. Please reach out, and we’ll assist you every step of the way!

What to Expect in a Psychological Evaluation

When you begin psychological testing with us, you can expect a thorough, individualized process designed to answer your specific questions. The length of testing will vary depending on the number of tests needed to gather the information you’re seeking. On average, you’ll meet with us 2-3 times, with each session lasting between 3-5 hours.

If you’re looking for diagnostic clarification or selective testing, the process will generally take less time. For a comprehensive psychological evaluation, more time will be needed to gather detailed information. Throughout the process, we’ll guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable and informed. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed report with clear recommendations, helping you move forward with confidence.
